I'm Saman Zomorodi (that's a z as in Zed).
When I graduated from University of Virginia Architecture School, I started viewing the built environment with a different lens. I began to notice the disparity of good design (aesthetics, livability, and environmental impact) within the real estate industry. Thus, Zed Design Development was born.
Today, Zed Design Development, based in Washington, DC, is a collaboration of innovative real estate professionals, designers, and entrepreneurs connected nationwide. We incorporate out-of-the-box design thinking to generate unique solutions to the development process, specializing in the conceptual design phase and debt acquisitions.
